Çanakkale Onsekiz Mart University (COMU) Project Coordination Center started its works for establishment on June 2015 and has been formed officially by the Board decision on 18 June 2015. Project Coordination Center was founded attached to the Rectorate and is currently operating with its eight person team. The center staff consists of a Coordinator, a Vice Coordinator and three office assistants. Also there are Project Support Units which are found within the Faculties and work for the Center. Project Support Units are carrying on activities with two staff in the Faculty of Economics and Administrative Science in Biga and one in the Faculty of Education.
